The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control (CCDPC) is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) for the purpose of increasing access and enrollment to the National Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle change program and increasing participant retention.

The Department of General Services (“DGS” or “the Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain a streaming content management platform that will augment the State’s existing streaming service and expand the State’s meeting live streaming services.

This solicitation is being offered to select a supplier(s) to furnish necessary labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and all related incidentals required to provide building renovation and alteration services at various BCPS facilities (approximately 200 schools and offices) on a scheduled and as needed basis. Renovation / alteration services shall include, but not be limited to the following: completion of specific interior and/or exterior projects in conjunction with renovations, additions, demolition, fire damage, portable classroom additions, and/or to provide other modifications as required.

This solicitation and the specifications that follow are being offered to contract with an agency who can provide qualified contractual unarmed, uniformed security guards, for the Harford Glen overnight residential program. The requirements outlined herein are intended as an aid to acquaint bidders with what could be required to execute the work on this Contract. These specifications will serve as the source document for services for the term of Contract.

The Department of Housing and Community Development (“Department"), administers several energy efficiency programs utilizing various funding sources. It is seeking a qualified contractor to provide energy consulting services for its energy programs. DHCD’s mission is to work with partners to finance housing opportunities and revitalize great places for Maryland citizens to live, work, and prosper. The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submittals for a Mass Notification System, for use throughout the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) as assigned. HCPSS’ objective is to seamlessly acquire, deploy and integrate a mass notification system that provides the ability for the HCPSS school district, each of its 77 schools, and additional offices with the ability to send timely messaging. 

The University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS) invites interested firms to redesign its existing website, currently located at umiacs.umd.edu, to enhance the site’s information architecture, aesthetic appearance, and usability. We are seeking proposals for an accessible and aesthetic website that communicates our innovative and interdisciplinary research, and provides staff with intuitive tools to keep the site up to date with engaging content.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) Office of Real Estate (ORE) is issuing this Multi-Step Invitation for Bids (MS-MS-IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this MS-MS-IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Administration: ORE is soliciting bids for qualified contractors to provide right-of-way acquisition and relocation services, as defined and governed by the Uniform Relocation Act, and other pertinent laws and regulations. 

Bowie State University is seeking a full-service marketing agency to provide marketing and media buying services to strategically build greater awareness of strong academic programs and enhance the reputation of the university to strengthen market positioning for recruitment of diverse, high-quality students and support of public and private partners. 

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals from community-based organizations and service providers to serve as Lead Agencies for the implementation of Community Schools. Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) intends to make multiple contract awards as a result of this RFP. One (1) Lead Agency may be awarded to each Community school. Lead Agencies may be awarded multiple Community schools.
A. The general scope of work shall consist of addressing the Community School Grant Requirements, which include:
1. Implementing the Community School Strategy at eligible schools, to include the hiring and employment of one, full-time Community School Coordinator (CSC) per school (Job description aligned with City Schools Site Specialist essential functions), and providing supervision for the CSC
2. Completing a needs assessment and resource mapping;
3. Completing an action plan;
4. Participate in district training and evaluation activities; and
5. Data collection and reporting.
