Prevailing Wage Monitoring Services

The Office of Central Services requires the services of multiple contractors to conduct compliance reviews, and perform random audits and reviews of certified payrolls and other records of County prime contractors and their subcontractors for construction, major renovations and other identified projects valued at $500,000 or more. Projects shall be initiated by the County’s issuance of individual Task Orders for projects varying in scope. The County shall select firms who have demonstrated that they have previously worked on large scale/complex projects for a minimum of five years, and are immediately available to perform services based on horizontal and vertical construction of new buildings, renovations to existing facilities, roof repairs and replacements, paving services, and asbestos removal. Task Orders may also be issued for Department of Public Works and Transportation administered road and bridge projects, and Department of the Environment administered Storm Water Management Projects and County funded construction projects, as required.
