The University of Maryland, College Park, (herein referred to as the “University”) is requesting Technical Proposals from engineering firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services to the University of Maryland College Park. The contract will also allow orders to be placed by all institutions of the University System of Maryland and other State and County Agencies.
