The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA or the Administration) is seeking competitive proposals for an on-demand pilot service (“The Pilot”) as an opportunity to provide shared paratransit rides that accommodate the maximum number of passengers at the same time, provide consistent service that encourages freedom and flexibility for riders, relieve call center volumes by texting and other methods for trip booking (mobile and web apps), and establish a cost-effective and sustainable model for paratransit as demand increases.

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is soliciting proposals from vendors interested in contracting with the school system to develop and support a third-party billing service for students with disabilities who are Medicaid eligible for the Department of Special Education Services and the Division of Business, Fiscal, and Information Systems.

The project consists of a 77,400 gross square foot new building, complete with architectural and engineering systems. This project consists of, but is not limited to, 4 stories plus a basement, This area is comprised of a programmed assignable space including instructional spaces, offices and their support areas, common spaces such as a reading room, conference rooms, building maintenance rooms, and other required support spaces such as restrooms and utility spaces.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting proposals to provide Videographer/Editing/Medial Support for Digital Film Festival for the Department of Creative and Performing Arts School.

The Department of Human Services (Department or DHS), Cecil County Department of Social Services (CEDSS) intends to procure the services of a practicing attorney or law firm, licensed in the State of Maryland, to represent the agency before the Cecil County Courts in matters involving Child Welfare and Adult Services.  The resulting Contract will be for six (6) months. The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on
behalf of Hagerstown Community College (HCC). HCC is seeking competitive proposals from offerors
or development teams to use or develop sites/facilities on its property for a renewable energy project. The Project is intended to supply commercially viable renewable energy to some or all the campus facilities
and can include aspects of energy efficiency and energy storage. The competitive Proposals shall be for
an agreement covering the full project including design, construct, interconnect and commissioning with
a proposed offeror.

The Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is soliciting IFB for the replacement of the pedestrian bridge spanning the Henson Creek at the 9-hole golf course. The Henson Creek Golf Course Bridge Replacement (Project) is located at 1641 Tucker Road, Fort Washington, Maryland and will include a new golf cart pedestrian bridge, an asphalt path connection from the existing golf cart path to the new golf cart pedestrian bridge, limited stream restoration work immediately west of the new bridge location, and removal of the existing bridge after the new one has been completed and approved.

The City of College Park requests sealed bid proposals from qualified consulting firms experienced in developing, conducting and analyzing employee engagement surveys. The City desires to contract with an experienced consulting firm to survey all employees and capture baseline data regarding employee engagement.

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH), Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDA or the Department) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to request a Contractor certified by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) or QIO-like entity to: (1) provide strategies that enhance the quality of life and help to ensure the health and well-being for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; (2) develop audit standards for the DDA’s services including review cases and analyze patterns of services related to assessed need and quality review; (3) conduct ongoing utilization reviews to safeguard against unnecessary utilization of care and services and to assure efficiency, economy and quality of care; and (4) administer the DDA’s National Core Indicators Surveys.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary skills, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and expertise to provide emergency meal services, during weather events such as snow and ice, at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) Airport in accordance with these specifications.

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeks full service commercial property management services for the Property. The selected property manager’s primary functions will be hiring, supervising, and paying personnel and contractors to maintain, repair, and operate the Property; paying (from Owners’ funds/accounts) property operating expenses, such as utility bills and any taxes; and, finally, keeping an accurate record of income and expenses and periodically providing the Owners with reports and financial summaries.
