The Keys Energy Center is a new clean, natural gas-fired, power plant in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The Keys Energy Center, a 755-MW combined cycle plant, will be constructed by SNC Lavalin Contractors on a 180+ acre parcel of land north of North Keys Road approximately 1.25 miles east of Brandywine, Maryland. The plant will run on clean, efficient natural gas.
Prince George’s County received a $7M grant from the United States Department of Labor and the Department of Education through the Youth Career Connect program.
