
PSEG Keys Energy Center LLC
The Keys Energy Center is a new clean, natural gas-fired, power plant in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The Keys Energy Center, a 755-MW combined cycle plant, will be constructed by SNC Lavalin Contractors on a 180+ acre parcel of land north of North Keys Road approximately 1.25 miles east of Brandywine, Maryland. The plant will run on clean, efficient natural gas.

Youth Career Connects
Prince George’s County received a $7M grant from the United States Department of Labor and the Department of Education through the Youth Career Connect program. Students at Bladensburg, Fairmont Heights, and Potomac High Schools will gain necessary skills to propel them into post-secondary studies and/or industry recognized certifications in IT and healthcare.

Clean Water Partnership in Prince George’s County
Clean Water Partnership (CWP) is a first-of-its-kind program that maximizes the strengths of the public and private sectors to meet the EPA pollution diet goals regulatory requirements to treat polluted runoff from 8,000 acres of existing impervious surfaces by the end of the decade.

MGM National Harbor
MGM National Harbor is a destination gaming resort located on the shores of the Potomac River in Prince George’s County. Eben Smith was contracted by Prince George’s County government to serve as the Compliance Manager for the MGM Oversight Committee at National Harbor.
