Softball Player Development Facility

The purpose of this RFI is to learn more about cloud-based grant management systems that allow funders and awardees to manage grant awards and activities through the entire grant life cycle (from application to close-out). While one system managing the entire grant life cycle is preferred, the AOC is open to learning about systems that may manage only part of the grant lifecycle.

 An identified need to support MDOD’s current executive team is to conduct a leadership coaching program. There is an ongoing need to ensure that MDOD has a team of knowledgeable professionals leading the organization’s provision of services to the public. The availability of developmental coaching program for executive managers will provide them with an opportunity to refine existing skills or acquire new skills required to develop and lead a successful, effective agency. 

MDOD is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal to provide executive coaching services. This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the selection process and the required documentation for submitting proposals. Please carefully read and follow the instructions. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 15, 2024. 

Queen Anne’s County Economic & Tourism Development (QACETD) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to conduct an economic development analysis, lead stakeholder engagement, and develop a strategic action plan for the Queen Anne’s County Economic Development Commission (EDC). The successful candidate will use recommendations from relevant studies for reference, conduct a robust data analysis to inform strategies, conduct stakeholder engagement activities, evaluate the county’s capacity for additional growth, and deliver a five-year Economic Development Strategy for Queen Anne’s County. This plan will establish specific goals and objectives for growing and diversifying Queen Anne’s County’s economy over the target period, and a detailed action plan for how to achieve them

The intent of this RFP is to provide digital advertising media buying firms an opportunity to present their qualifications, experience, and conceptual approach to providing the scope of services in relation to the needs of UMB. The selected contractor(s) must have a successful record of assisting organizations achieve growth through a proactive, analytical, innovative, and modern media buying approach. UMB is looking for strategic partner(s) — sophisticated, engaged firms with differentiated subject matter expertise and a proven, results-oriented background in acquisition marketing. 

The University seeks a General Contractor with a thorough understanding of and experience in stabilizing roads and “stream” slopes (soil nailing, etc.). Stadium Way (also known as Campus Way) is a two-lane road with parking that runs between Argonne Drive and Coldspring Lane on the eastern portion of campus.

The Maryland Department of Information Technology (“DoIT” or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure a variety of cybersecurity services which include cybersecurity assessment, penetration testing, authorization to operate, and architecture, engineering, and program services. The Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will provide the State with the flexible means of obtaining the required services quickly and efficiently through the issuance of Work Orders specific to its needs. 

The City of College Park is requesting proposals for the construction of a community center to be located at 3545 Marlbrough Way, College Park, Maryland 20740.  This was previously the location of the College Park Woods Swimming Club pool and clubhouse.  The intended use for the new structure is a community meeting space.  A larger pool and a toddler pool were filled in and abandoned and the clubhouse was razed.  The second phase of the project is to construct a new community meeting structure that is consistent with the Construction Documents and County building permit and approved plans.

The Town of Riverdale Park, Maryland (hereinafter “Town”) is requesting proposals from companies qualified to conduct business in the State of Maryland to provide on-call Construction Services for park development on a project basis for up to five years.

This Contract is to procure the operation of a safe, efficient, dependable, customer service-oriented shuttle bus service, and baggage handling services with professional, well qualified personnel, and appropriate supervision using clean and well-maintained vehicles.

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure services to print marketing and outreach materials that inform and educate individuals and small businesses in Maryland about the health insurance coverage options available through the state-based health insurance marketplace. 

The scope of work shall include providing labor, equipment, materials, etc. necessary in performing miscellaneous Facility and other types of repairs, upgrades, replacements, and new construction as directed by the MDTA Project Manager in an on-call or task-based manner. This work may be required on any portion (Facility and all appurtenances) of any of the MDTA’s facilities. The work may include but is not limited to the following: 

1. Roof leak repairs including membrane, insulation, decking and drains. 

2. Facility Roof Replacement (partial or complete). 

3. Floor tile removal and replacement. 

4. Interior & exterior Facility painting & associated finishes. 

5. Carpet/Flooring replacement. 

6. Acoustic ceiling tile (ACT) and gypsum board ceiling replacement. 

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the University of Maryland, College Park (herein referred to as the University of UMCP) to select one or more On-Call Campus Wide Window Cleaning Contractors to provide all labor, materials equipment and supervision for projects on and “as needed basis” for projects for the University of Maryland College Park and its Service Center locations limited to UMCP and USM Service Centers area. For purposes of this procurement and the resulting contracts, the meaning of “on-call” is as follows: The Contractor (s) are to be available (on call) as projects arise to provide window cleaning services for UMCP; the University cannot, however, forecast what the frequency of use will be. 

The Maryland State Highway Administration, Office of Maintenance, located at 7491 Connelley Drive, Hanover, Maryland 21076, is soliciting bids for a painting contract. The qualified, licensed painting contractor will be required to perform the following: painting internal and external buildings, including but not limited to gypsum board, door frames, doors, ceilings, wallpaper removal, adhesive, etc. Depending on the task assigned prior to each event, this can necessitate the repair or replacement of walls and suspended ceilings. This contract provides for on-call, open-ended commercial painting service work for various buildings at the State Highway Administration Hanover Complex. 

UMGC is seeking a full-service agency for creative strategy and production services. The intent is that the vendor(s) awarded will specialize in building integrative campaigns across channels. The awarded vendor will have a strong understanding of best practices by channel, current trends to provide optimal solutions based on the university’s objectives and an ability to build a cohesive brand experience.
