The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain a management consulting contractor to support the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in finalizing its transition from a Prospective Payment System (PPS) to Fee-for-Service (FFS), and further development of the DDA’s Office of Change Management (OCM).

The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services’ Contract Administration and Procurement Division (CAP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a term contract with a Contractor(s) to perform a full range of IT Professional Consulting Technical Services to assist in the effort of develop, implement, maintain and optimize existing and new IT systems and digital capabilities. The Office of Information Technology (OIT), herein referred to as OIT, seeks qualified Firms in the business of providing technical expert services in a variety of technology disciplines either sourcing IT professionals and/or delivering IT services as described below. Firms must possess significant levels of knowledge, evidenced by hands on experience through past performance, skills, and certifications necessary to provide Information Technology (“IT”) expert consulting, and technical services, (herein “IT Consulting Technical Services”). The IT portfolio of infrastructure and systems is both on premise and cloud based. 

The Harford County Department of Procurement requests Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from firms capable of providing Construction Management (CM) services for Water and Wastewater Treatment projects within Harford County. Specific tasks may include but not limited to, constructability reviews, bidding evaluation, construction inspection, critical path analysis, scheduling, and construction management services.

Morgan seeks to hire a specialized firm to permanently fix the stair foundations, supports, slab, stairs and the exterior brick wall, glazing and sidewalks. Morgan is looking for a contractor with at least 10 years of experience with geotechnical and structural repairs similar to the stair tower.

The Board of Trustees for Howard Community College invites proposals from qualified firms to enter into a pouring rights program with a single supplier for all bottled, can, and fountain drinks served on the main campus.

The Frederick Community College (FCC) network team is seeking technical expertise and consulting assistance to develop and execute a plan to migrate the College core network equipment and servers/network equipment from the current location to the new data center room.   All specifications, requirements, terms, and conditions stated in the RFP documents posted on the Frederick Community College Bid Board apply. Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) requests proposals to select qualified and experienced contractor(s) to establish a source of supply to provide on-call construction related services, including but not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, components, supplies, and supervision necessary for future, and currently undetermined, renovation and improvement projects (collectively, “work”). Types of services include, but not limited to, carpentry, framing, drywall, masonry, flooring, ceilings, plumbing, paving repair, roof repair, general mechanical, and general electrical.  Awarded contractor(s) will be required to supply on-site supervision from their own company’s personnel.
