The City of Rockville, Maryland is seeking a qualified firm with experience in quantitative and qualitative marketing research, message/positioning development, and municipal identity/branding including development of a brand value statement; logo development and associated graphic standards; and recommendations for brand rollout with an implementation plan that outlines budget and timeline.

The College seeks a contractor that will assist in developing a vision for the redesign of the current SMCM Library.  The design will concentrate on a new center for student support and services, and shall design the interior to be functional, space-efficient and to meet the goals and assumptions outlined in the solicitation.

The Department of Budget and Management, Central Collection Unit (DBM/CCU) is issuing this Request for Proposals to provide debt collection services on primary assignments of delinquent debts owed to the State. 

The purpose of this RFP is to request competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide a cloud-based SaaS Learning Management System (LMS).  CCPS requires that any proposal for Learning Management System also include professional services necessary to implement the solution.

Throughout the term of the Master Contract, each request for software, installation and/or training services, and/or manufacturer’s Software Maintenance will be issued and summarized by the Requesting Agency in a PORFP. All eligible Master Contractors will be invited to compete for the award and, and based on the responses received, a Master Contractor will be selected to provide the requested hardware, installation and/or training services and/or manufacturer’s extended warranty. A Purchase Order (PO) will then be issued by the Requesting Agency to the selected Master Contractor, which will bind the Master Contractor to the terms of the PORFP response, including the price. Neither a PORFP, nor a PO, may, in any way, conflict with or supersede the Master Contract.

The Requesting Agency will send out a PORFP to all Master Contractors authorized to sell the Manufacturer product line requested for the identified Functional Area.

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for auditing services in accordance with the scope of work and specifications in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The initial term of  the contract will be for three (3) years, with three (3) one-year renewal terms.

The Caroline County Board of Education (also referred to as Caroline County Public Schools or CCPS) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install all labor and materials to build a dry goods storage shed and renovate two (2) existing storage pavilions at its Support Services location. 

The Maryland State Department of Education, Office of School and Community Nutrition Programs seeks to contract with a strategic planning specialist to guide the development of a five to ten-year Farm to School sustainability plan in fulfilment of a Maryland Farm to School grant deliverable.

The Contract will require an experienced, licensed contractor to perform the following:

The Work as defined in General Provisions GP-1.05 to be performed under this Contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and equipment and the performance of all labor to complete the Work including, but not limited to the following:

General building repairs, such as metal siding and roof panel replacement, gutter and downspout repairs, overhead door repair and/or replacement, cold rolled steel windows, flashing repair, steel beam and column repairs, concrete/masonry rehabilitation, protective buildings bollards, prefabricated metal roof systems, insulation, exterior roof access ladder installation and metal building roof coating; inspections of buildings and related systems; structural deficiencies corrections, mechanical and electrical improvements; IT, communications and building systems; commercial and industrial facilities; fire pumps and accessories; dry pipe sprinkler systems; static uninterruptible power supply; associated site, civil and landscape work; and all related work at all marine terminals and Administration facilities located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is requesting proposals for a single contractor to provide Landscaping Services for the Arnold and Arundel Mills campuses for one year, with options to extend for 4 additional 1-year periods, assuming satisfactory service and no unreasonable price increases.

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) desires to obtain the professional expertise of qualified engineering firms to provide staffing for Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program services.  The QA/QC staff will be responsible for the supervisory work in ensuring the development, establishment, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of the Engineering Quality Management System program.  The duties include ensuring compliance and implementation of administrative and control measures during design, procurement, construction, installation, testing/commissioning, turnover and closeout of engineering contracts.  The work to be performed under these contracts shall be under the direct supervision of the MTA’s Manager of Quality Assurance & Quality Control.

This project to improve Page Park includes these steps: design competition among landscapers, eliciting residents’ opinions about the designs, selection of the winning design, preparation of a master plan with precise specifications and projected costs, work on the Park, and final acceptance of the completed project.
