The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency (MLGCA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to satisfy a requirement to develop a report on iGaming as defined by the Maryland State Legislature in the FY 2024 State Budget.

These (100) licenses will be used by the Office of Technology for Human Services (OTHS) IT Technical Staff and our Applications Support Staff to learn and explore new skills and increase knowledge of current skills for various applications to assist with new projects and initiatives. The users will be able to use this learning tool to assist our customers and enhance their current skill set as it applies to the ever-changing Technology in the day-to-day tasks and projects.

The Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Maryland Transit Administration: to provide washing and cleaning services on non-revenue vehicles.
 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting proposals for Prince George's County Public Schools Department with the intent to partner with a company to provide Professional Auditing Services. 

The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Port Administration (MDOT MPA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure the services to produce and distribute the Port of Baltimore Magazine for the MDOT MPA. 

It is the intent of this bid to establish a contract(s) for the supply and delivery of School and Office Furniture to the Carroll County Board of Education, also known as Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS), for the contract period pending availability of funds. 

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a pool of Master Contractors to provide staff augmentation and professional consulting services on an as-needed basis. The Maryland Department of Commerce (COMMERCE or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to acquire a Contractor to manage the Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority (MSBDFA) Program, pursuant to §5-501 et seq. of the Economic Development Article, Annotated Code of Maryland. 

The Maryland General Assembly created the MSBDFA program in 1978. The original purpose of MSBDFA was to promote the viability and expansion of businesses owned by economically and socially disadvantaged entrepreneurs. In the 2001 session of the Maryland General Assembly, Chapter 172 modified the MSBDFA statute concerning eligibility. The statute has been expanded to include Eligible Businesses as per federal Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards that do not meet the established credit criteria of financial institutions, and consequently are unable to obtain adequate business financing on reasonable terms through normal financing channels. 

The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Port Administration (MDOT MPA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure the services to produce and distribute the Port of Baltimore Magazine for the MDOT MPA. 

The MDOT MVA is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Third-Party Environmental Auditing Services in support of the Agency’s Environmental Management System (EMS). 

The University of Maryland, College Park, (herein referred to as the “University”) is requesting Technical Proposals from engineering firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services to the University of Maryland College Park. The contract will also allow orders to be placed by all institutions of the University System of Maryland and other State and County Agencies. 

The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College invites proposals from firms to provide executive and leadership coaching services that increase leadership capacity within the college and address needs of coaching clients and their teams.

The Prince George’s County Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) is seeking the services of an executive search firm with proven expertise in government/public sector recruitment (or equivalent), a demonstrated comprehensive national reach, and a demonstrated ability to conduct a successful recruitment for public sector executives. The selected firm will recruit candidates, screen and evaluate applicants and present recommendations for candidates to be interviewed for executive positions as needed. The selected firm will support OHRM with interviewing and evaluating the top candidates and perform other evaluative functions as required in the course of the search process.

The Office of Central Services requires the services of multiple contractors to conduct compliance reviews, and perform random audits and reviews of certified payrolls and other records of County prime contractors and their subcontractors for construction, major renovations and other identified projects valued at $500,000 or more. Projects shall be initiated by the County’s issuance of individual Task Orders for projects varying in scope. The County shall select firms who have demonstrated that they have previously worked on large scale/complex projects for a minimum of five years, and are immediately available to perform services based on horizontal and vertical construction of new buildings, renovations to existing facilities, roof repairs and replacements, paving services, and asbestos removal. Task Orders may also be issued for Department of Public Works and Transportation administered road and bridge projects, and Department of the Environment administered Storm Water Management Projects and County funded construction projects, as required. 

The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Billing Services to include patients transported via ambulance to health facilities or other facilities and for billable non-transport charges.
