The project consists of a 77,400 gross square foot new building, complete with architectural and engineering systems. This project consists of, but is not limited to, 4 stories plus a basement, This area is comprised of a programmed assignable space including instructional spaces, offices and their support areas, common spaces such as a reading room, conference rooms, building maintenance rooms, and other required support spaces such as restrooms and utility spaces.
