SUMMER YOUTH EMPLOYMENT

The Caroline County Department of Social Services (“CCDSS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) in order to provide a summer youth employment program (“Program”) for the Foster and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (“TANF”) Youth of the Mid-Shore Departments of Social Services (“MSDSS”), which is comprised of the Departments of Social Services for the following counties: Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot County.
