The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services’ Contract Administration and Procurement Division (CAP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a term contract with a Contractor(s) to perform multi-disciplined engineering firms to perform services related to the planning, design development, construction management, inspection and implementation of environmental projects and programs.
