Police Training Center – Site Development

The scope of work will include site development work in preparation for a future MDTA Police Training Facility. Storm water management, erosion sediment control, landscaping, roadway, and parking lot are included. Water utility service and piping for future gas utility service are included. Electric pathway provisions are included for future utility service, parking lot lighting, electric gates, and electrical vehicle charging stations.
