Outbound Admissions Call Center Services

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) desires to partner with a firm who can provide telephone and potentially email/SMS contact to select prospective student inquiries looking to obtain information about UMGC and applicants seeking registration assistance at UMGC. UMGC is seeking a partner with extensive experience in providing call center services for University Admissions departments and to a higher education audience.
