Open-End Contract for On-Call Building Controls/Automation Services

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) requests proposals to select a qualified and experienced contractor(s) to provide on-call installation, programming, and service for HVAC controls and building automation systems to meet the objectives of the college.  In conjunction with awarding an open-end contract, the college is also requesting quotes to replace the existing controls in the Humanities Building as the first task order under the established open-end contract.
