Medical Cannabis Seed-To-sale Tracking System

The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure a subscription based, Software as a Service (SaaS) application. The application will support the receipt, identification, tracking, and sale of medical cannabis in all its forms for the purposes of inventory, enforcement, investigations, public health, and diversion prevention (“Seed-to-Sale System” or “System”), including entity licensing and agent registration, and badge printing services for licensed cannabis agents and registered patients and caregivers.
