Maryland Business License Electronic Payment Services

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Judicial Information Systems (JIS) to seek proposals from perspective Offerors to provide a fee- based electronic payment processing service for the acceptance and processing of Internet-based payments via an on-line payment portal. It is the intent of the AOC to award a single Contract pursuant to this RFP.
