Maintenance, Repair and Accident Management Program For State Owned Vehicles

The Department is seeking to obtain a Contractor to provide motor vehicle maintenance and accident repair management services who will provide: 1) maintenance and repair services through a statewide fleet account network for State-owned vehicles that may not be maintained by in-house State facilities, and 2) an Accident Management Program to manage the reporting to the Department of Management and Budget (DBM) of all Agency vehicle accidents, vandalism incidents, and repair work for participating Agencies. Data for both must be available for seamless upload to existing DBM fleet management software or program.
