HR Training and Development Consulting Services

UMGC seeks a consultant in the DMV area who can analyze, assess, and present recommendations for the design of training programs. The consultant would recommend a global redesign, restructure, and realignment of the current training programs and recommend new programs to align with the organization’s strategic goals. The recommendation should include alignment with UMGC’s culture, values, and inclusionary behaviors. Experience working with universities as clients is a plus but is not required.
