Hagerstown Community College Renewable Energy Project

The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on
behalf of Hagerstown Community College (HCC). HCC is seeking competitive proposals from offerors
or development teams to use or develop sites/facilities on its property for a renewable energy project. The Project is intended to supply commercially viable renewable energy to some or all the campus facilities
and can include aspects of energy efficiency and energy storage. The competitive Proposals shall be for
an agreement covering the full project including design, construct, interconnect and commissioning with
a proposed offeror.
