Eviction Services

The Department’s Division of Credit Assurance utilizes eviction services to take possession of real estate properties (known as Real Estate Owned or “REO” properties) when necessary following foreclosure proceedings. This contract shall cover eviction services throughout the State as requested by the Department. Most of the properties are concentrated in densely populated areas of the Baltimore metro area and Prince George’s county but occasionally services will be required in more remote locations such as Western Maryland, Southern Maryland, and the Eastern shore. The properties to be serviced are both single and multifamily homes and individual condominium units.
