Environmental Consulting Services

The Department of the Environment is issuing this Request for Proposals to seek proposals from firms that will provide environmental consulting services on a statewide basis, including project management and technical services, to support MDE’s remedial response activities at controlled hazardous substance (CHS) and petroleum sites in Maryland where releases, or threats of releases, of CHS or petroleum products have occurred.
