The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and engage one or more Energy Service Companies (ESCO) to conduct an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) for the building facilities (hereinafter referenced as Project Sites) selected by Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) that will include an analysis of each proposed project with projected savings and itemized project costs.
