Energy Consultant Services

The Department of Housing and Community Development (“Department”), administers several energy efficiency programs utilizing various funding sources. It is seeking a qualified contractor to provide energy consulting services for its energy programs. DHCD’s mission is to work with partners to finance housing opportunities and revitalize great places for Maryland citizens to live, work, and prosper. This includes programs that ensure Maryland citizens have housing that is safe and affordable. Energy efficiency programs are a critical component of the Department’s approach to achieving the goals of affordability and safety.
