Employee Assistance Program

The purpose of this RFP is to request sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers to provide an Employee Assistance Program for the employees of CCPS. The successful Vendor/Contractor must provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all CCPS permanent employees, who work 20 hours or more per week, and their immediate family members.
