ThThis Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “solicitation”) is soliciting Bids from qualified Entities for Data Monitoring Services for two (2), 10 GB Dark Fiber Connections between two (2) locations of Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools). The first location is the City Schools headquarters building at 200 East North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202 and our business continuity location at Digital Harbor High School at 1100 Covington Street, Baltimore MD, 21230.
