Cybersecurity Assessments and Services 

The Maryland Department of Information Technology (“DoIT” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure a variety of cybersecurity services which include cybersecurity assessment, penetration testing, authorization to operate, and architecture, engineering, and program services. The Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will provide the State with the flexible means of obtaining the required services quickly and efficiently through the issuance of Work Orders specific to its needs.
