City of Rockville Website Redesign and Development

The City of Rockville is seeking a qualified firm to redesign and redevelop the external public website, to reimagine the City’s online customer service, improve accessibility and increase civic participation. The project scope includes user research to review the effectiveness of the current website, development of revised architecture, design, templates and content migration, plus recommendations for new service-based functionality. 

The City of Rockville anticipates this project to be completed within ten months of the award being made.
