Vegas Hospitality Guru To Oversee MGM National Harbor Nightlife

MGM National Harbor has turned to Las Vegas yet again to bring a taste of the Strip to the banks of the Potomac River.

Las Vegas-based Clique Hospitality, creator of numerous Vegas nightlife venues, will develop a pair of bars for MGM National Harbor — Felt Bar & Lounge and Blossom Cocktail Lounge.

Per a press release, Clique chief and “nightlife impresario” Andy Masi has “transformed the nightlife scene in Las Vegas with upscale concepts that set trends rather than follow them.” MGM expects Clique to do the same in Maryland, with Felt and Blossom becoming the “destinations to see and be seen in the Capital Region for visitors and locals alike,” said Bill Boasberg, MGM National Harbor general manager.

Felt is described as a “dashing cocktail spot” with live music and “DJ-driven sounds,” cozy chairs and an outdoor terrace, while Blossom will be a “sexy space at the heart of the casino floor,” with a wood-plank ceiling designed to emulate cherry blossom trees, sofas lining the lounge and four table games.
