Project Overview

Western Gateway is a public private partnership to bring affordable graduate student housing and 81 townhomes, on a large and well-located site adjacent to several graduate schools as well as the larger University of Maryland Campus. It is within a quarter mile of a Purple Line station making it a true transit oriented development.

Amenities are to include three courtyards, a pool, rooftop amenity area, fitness center, study spaces, and lounges.
