Project Overview

The Project is a multi-phased mixed use large-scale economic and community development project in the County’s central Downtown, per the Prince George’s County Master Plan 2035, that will provide significant redevelopment resulting in retail, residential, hospitality, and office space. The Project will assist in the creation of downtown Largo with direct access to I-95/I-495, the Largo Town Center Metro station and integrated with the new University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center. The Project is anticipated to be developed over several phases spanning a 12-year time frame and consist of 30 million square feet of retail, residential, hospitality and office use.
