Project Overview
Gilbane Development Company is developing a transit-oriented mixed-use apartment community called the Atworth College Park Metro Station in College Park, Maryland, on a 6.4-acre site located adjacent to the College Park Metro stop. The project contains 451 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and 5,000 SF of retail in a five-story wood-framed building wrapping a 4-level precast parking garage containing 324 spaces. There are also 79 surface parking spaces as well as an 0.8-acre public park. The building includes approximately 12,000 SF of leasing, lobby and amenity space.
