The Mall at Prince George’s, at the Prince George’s Plaza Metro in Hyattsville, Maryland, expects to have a new look and a new tenant lineup in time for next year’s holiday shopping season, and continues to sign up retailers.
ULTA Beauty has signed a lease for 11,000 square feet at the mall. Designer Shoe Warehouse has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet. Both are scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018.
Those leases follow a lease earlier this year for apparel retailer H & M, which opens next month in a 20,000-square-foot space.
