Iverson Mall Owners Plan $30M Overhaul, In Talks With Chipotle

Iverson Mall in the Hillcrest Heights area of Prince George’s County will get a face-lift — and likely a new Chipotle restaurant, among other new eateries — as part of a $30 million renovation announced Friday.

The cost of the renovation will be funded in part by a $4 million grant from Prince George’s County’s Economic Development Incentive Fund, the largest grant ever made from the four-year-old program.

Though the deal isn’t finalized with Chipotle, the developer, which is a partnership between West End Capital and America’s Realty LLC, was confident enough that they included Chipotle in the renderings for the project.
