The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is offering another large vacant parcel for sale, this time a wooded site virtually adjacent to the Largo Town Center Metrorail station fronting the Capital Beltway.
The 6.9-acre parcel is immediately southwest of the Metro station, on the opposite side of Harry S. Truman Drive from the bus loop. Metro is asking a minimum $8 million for the 299,057-square-foot vacant site, which appears to be currently zoned for commercial and industrial uses. Bids are due by July 15.
