Some of our key First Source services include:
- Create Employment Plans that outline strategies to meet local hiring requirements as part of its response to a utilization requirement;
- Develop, implement and monitor the Employment Plan to ensure compliance with First Source utilization requirements;
- Establish relationships with workforce agencies, community organizations, organized labor locals, civic and citizens associations, and nonprofit institutions to identify job seeking residents;
- Prevailing-Wage/Davis-Bacon Act monitoring and compliance.
