EDC Launches Partnership With Major Real Estate Management Company to Attract and Retain Metro Area Businesses

Lanham, MD—Over 50 top executives from small and mid-sized companies that lease space from BECO Management, came out to BECO Park in Lanham this morning to get expert advice about the types of resources that are available to expand their businesses in Prince George’s County. Economic Development Corporation (EDC) President and CEO Jim Coleman, along with Team EDC and partners Roland Jones, Director, Prince George’s County Office of Central Services and Stewart Smith, Business Development Manager, FSC First shared information about the millions of dollars in procurement opportunities and resources available to help Prince George’s County businesses thrive and create jobs for County residents.

They also encouraged companies to take advantage of the EDC’s networking and matchmaking opportunities that can result in high growth for their business and generational wealth for their families.
