Lobbyist Davion Percy has ben promoted to Senior Government Relations Consultant within Alexander & Cleaver’s government relations department.
Now entering his 3rd year with the firm, he has worked for clients on legislative matters in every committee of the Maryland General Assembly. Prior to joining A&C, Davion spent 10 years in Prince George’s County government. He served as Chief of Staff to Councilwoman Toles, served as liaison to Public Safety, Zoning, and Permitting agencies. Davion will serve as lead for A&C’s clients on Prince George’s County issues and will expand his reach to all county and local governments, as well as, state matters.
The firm has also hired Brian W. Hammock as Managing Attorney of the Government Relations practice. Brian has been a trusted advisor to Maryland’s top elected officials and business leaders over the past two decades. Most recently Brian has served as the Resident Vice President for CSX Transportation in the Mid-Atlantic.
Additionally the firm announced last week that Barbara Zektick, joined the firm and is now working in their government relations practice. Barbara’s most recent position was with the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo), where she represented the elected officials and staffs of Maryland’s 24 Counties and Baltimore City.
