This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeks full service commercial property management services for the Property. The selected property manager’s primary functions will be hiring, supervising, and paying personnel and contractors to maintain, repair, and operate the Property; paying (from Owners’ funds/accounts) property operating expenses, such as utility bills and any taxes; and, finally, keeping an accurate record of income and expenses and periodically providing the Owners with reports and financial summaries.
