Creating Opportunities for Community Engagement, Leadership and Employment

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Center for Harm Reduction Services, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to build the capacity of Maryland Syringe Service Programs (SSPs) to provide meaningful engagement opportunities for community members who use drugs and increase self-efficacy of community members to participate through training events and engagement sessions.
