Contractors must register with Gilbane at https://outreach.gilbaneco.com/ to begin the prequalification process; with further prequalification required to bid as a prime contractor on this project. Additional details on Gilbane’s contractor registration and prequalification process will be provided at the event.
Building 14 will be a 210,000 GSF building and the third systems integration facility at the JHU/APL campus. It is designed to include highly flexible and adaptable systems integration spaces and will provide collaborative laboratory space for advanced research for prototyping, assembly, integration, testing and simulation and associated office workspace facilities for multiple JHU/APL sectors. Some of the advanced laboratory spaces include RF Shielding, Clean Rooms, Anechoic Chamber, Linear Accelerator, and High Bay space. A portion of the trade opportunities available are listed.
